Orders & Shipping:
1. How long will my order take to be delivered?
Local orders typically take 3-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Once your order has been despatched, our delivery partners J&T Express will be in touch. You can track your delivery status here.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends. All shipping estimates refer to business days.
2. Is there free shipping?
Standard shipping is free for all Singapore local orders of $70 and above. Otherwise, a flat rate of $5 is chargeable for all local deliveries.
3. Do you deliver overseas?
At the moment we ship only to Malaysia. Standard shipping is free for all Malaysian local orders of RM$200 and above. Otherwise, shipping costs of $15 will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Please note that all applicable customs fees, taxes and country-specific duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. If you want to know more about these areas we advise contacting your local customs office as every country is subject to different rulings.
4. Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes you can cancel or amend your order, but you need to contact us quickly at email@example.com as once the order is processed it is dispatched on the next available cycle.
5. What if part of my order is wrong or missing?
Occasionally incorrect orders are shipped. If this happens please notify us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will resend the correct order immediately and cover all associated costs. We reserve the right to request incorrect orders to be returned to Justgood at our expense.
6. Can I use more than 1 discount code?
Only one discount code can be applied to an order at any time. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers including sale items and free shipping.
7. Is GST applicable?
Yes. All prices are inclusive of GST of 7%. If you need to know, our GST registration number is 201931338R.
8. Is it ok for kids and how much should I give them?
Both 180 and Go Good are perfect for kids as it's 100% natural with no hidden ingredients sugars or colours that will send them into a frenzy. It'll keep them full, provide healthy protein, fats, vitamins and minerals which can't be said for the usual chemical laden 'kids snacks'. You can give them as little or as much as you like as it's real food, it just depends on their appetite.
9. Is it ok to take during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
The answer is yes. The extra protein, essential fatty acids, fibre and minerals will be of benefit to you whilst pregnant or breastfeeding.
While our products are generally safe to use during pregnancy it is recommended users consult with health professionals.
10. Should I try the Whey or Vegan Protein powder?
Our Whey Protein blends are low-lactose and makes a great choice but if you are strictly adverse to dairy then our vegan version is a great place to start.
11. What if I am intolerant to whey protein and dairy?
We use grass-fed whey protein isolate with no milk solids, meaning the protein is isolated from the rest of the dairy. While there are traces of lactose in the blend, many people who are lactose intolerant are happily using our brands. Our vegan versions is 100% free of dairy.
12. Are your products gluten-free?
Yes, the complete range from all our brands are gluten-free.
13. What is the shelf-life of protein powders?
Our protein blends have a 2 year shelf-life if stored in a cool, dry place and kept fully sealed. Expiry dates can be found on the tins/packs.
14. Will it help me manage my weight?
Yes. If you want to lose body fat and sustain/improve good health, we suggest swapping one of your daily meals with a smoothie. Breakfast is a great place to start, If you have cereal or toast for breakfast, or any processed carbohydrate simply, replace these with a superfood smoothie. You’ll be amazed at the difference in no time at all.
15. Can I use this as a pre or post-workout supplement?
Yes, we recommend taking a half to full serving an hour before exercise and a full serving within 30 minutes after your workout. If you are doing intensive exercise, we recommend taking it with some fruits, like bananas or berries.
16. What is your returns policy?
Please inspect the goods carefully before accepting. If the goods arrive in a damaged state contact us immediately. We do not issue returns or refunds if a customer “changes their mind”.
Any opened product will not be refunded unless there is an issue with product quality. If this is the case then a replacement product will be shipped free of charge.
Occasionally incorrect orders are shipped. If this happens please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will resend the correct order immediately and cover all associated costs.
We reserve the right to request incorrect or defective orders to be returned to Justgood at our expense and may ask for photo evidence via email for proof that the item is either damaged or defective as a condition of refund.

17. How do I return the product to you?
To organise replacement or return your product please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will lodge a freight forward and advise what to do with the item. Once returned goods are received and inspected by Justgood a refund will be issued or a replacement product dispatched.
